Online Return Policy:
Please email Info@shopmainstco.com for ALL returns or exchanges before returning any items. Items may be returned for account credit or exchange (when possible) only. Sale items are Final Sale (See below) Items must be returned within 14 days of purchase if local pick up and postmarked within 14 days of ship date if shipped. Customer is responsible for return shipping fees. Once return is received please allow 2-4 business days to process your return for account credit or ship out exchange. Clothing items must be unwashed, unworn, unaltered, no deodorant marks, no makeup stains, no animal hair or smells (perfume, smoke etc). Original tags must be attached.
Damages: If you have received an item you believe to be defective or damaged please contact us at mainstco@sbcglobal.net within 3 days of receiving your items. Please include details of damages and pictures if possible.
Final Sale: All sales on discounted merchandise is final sale (unless otherwise specified). All sales are final sale on gourmet foods, coffee, used merchandise or opened packaging.

Shipping Methods:
Orders are shipped USPS or UPS. Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days.
Shipping Rates:
Flat Rate Shipping is $8. Free shipping is automatically applied to orders totaling $100 or more!
Order Processing:
Our goal is to get your order to you as fast as possible! Most orders will ship same day but can take 1-2 business days. During peak periods, processing time may be extended to 3-4 business days. Orders are not processed on Sundays or holidays.
Order Tracking:
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to track the progress of your shipment on the carrier's website.
International Shipping:
We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Lost or Damaged Packages:
We take great care in packaging your order to ensure that it arrives in good condition. However, if your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us immediately so that we can file a claim with the carrier and resolve the issue. We are not responsible for packages that are lost, damaged or stolen after marked delivered by the carrier.
